At its meeting on 25th March 2004 the Village Hall Committee agreed that approved minutes and working document would be published on this web site subject to the following constraints:

• Full Names, addresses and phone numbers of individuals will be omitted. People will be referenced by their first name and the initial letter of their family name,
  
  
• Commercially-sensitive information will be omitted
