Rose petal
wine 
Makes a beautifully
scented Rosé of around 18% alcohol.
Ingredients:
- Dried rose petals - 50g pack
- 4 pints water
- Can of white grape concentrate
(245 gram - 8.64 oz)
- Citric acid
- All purpose wine yeast
- Yeast nutrient
- 2˝ lbs. Sugar dissolved in 1
pint of hot water
Method:
- Soak rose petals in 4 pints of
boiling water for 4 days.
- Squeeze out as much water as you
can from the petals and discard them.
- Add rest of ingredients and ferment
in a demijohn.
- Top up to 3 inches below bung
with warm water when the most vigorous fermentation has calmed down.
- Proceed as usual.
