Beer, Cider and Perry recipes from HIC
Beer from the hop and the barley, Cider from the apple and Perry from the pear - its all so wholesome it MUST be good for you!
These do usually need some more specialist equipment than just a demijohn and a bung. The Speedy Cider is a special case though as you don't need a cider press for it.
